Wall Tiles
The bathroom walls are adorned with Montessa Blanco tiles, measuring 120 x 60 cm. These sleek, neutral tiles provide a bright and timeless backdrop, enhancing the sense of space and light within the room. Their smooth finish creates a modern and refined aesthetic.
Floor Tiles
The floor is finished with Mr. Jones Blue tiles, offering a striking contrast to the neutral wall tones. The intricate pattern of these tiles adds character and a touch of vintage charm, while the blue hues bring a calming, stylish element to the space.
Decor Tiles
Mr. Jones Blue decor tiles are used strategically behind the mirror and within the alcove, adding depth and visual interest. These tiles create a feature that enhances the overall design while maintaining cohesion with the flooring.
Shower Area
A 1000 mm chrome wet room panel frames the shower area, offering a minimalist and open feel. The sleek chrome finish integrates seamlessly with the rest of the fixtures, enhancing the modern aesthetic.
The shower tray is a Gemstone model in flint grey, measuring 1700 x 800 mm. To enhance functionality and drainage, the tray will be raised, adding a practical yet stylish feature to the shower space.
The shower is controlled by a Quantum Dual minimal valve in chrome. This sleek, dual-function valve ensures precise temperature and flow control while maintaining a clean, streamlined look.
Basin & Vanity
The basin area features a Phoenix 60 cm wall-hung vanity in Izone matt Parisian blue, paired with two chrome slimline bar handles. This deep blue finish adds a bold yet sophisticated touch to the space.
The vanity unit includes two spacious drawers and a 1-tap hole basin, combining practicality with modern elegance.
A chrome Anthem Mono basin mixer complements the vanity, providing a sleek and functional finishing touch.
Mirror
A large mirror is set directly onto the tiled wall, enhancing the sense of space while reflecting light to brighten the room.
W.C. Area
The WC setup includes a Tece concealed cistern with a base chrome plate for a discreet and modern look.
The Micro Evo back-to-wall pan offers a minimalist design that integrates seamlessly into the space, ensuring both comfort and a clean aesthetic.
Heating
A 1200 x 600 mm matt grey multi-rail radiator provides efficient heating while maintaining a contemporary appearance. The radiator includes matching valves and sleeves for a cohesive finish.
Alcoves
A single alcove without LED lighting is incorporated into the shower area, offering a functional yet subtle storage solution.
Ambient Lighting
A single ambient light strip is installed in the bulkhead, casting a soft glow that enhances the bathroom’s atmosphere.
