Floor Tiles
The floor is finished with Utopia white hexagon tiles, adding visual interest and a modern geometric design to the bathroom. These tiles provide a stylish contrast to the wall tiles while creating a sense of cohesion throughout.
Bath
A Roper Rhodes Note freestanding bath serves as the centerpiece of this bathroom. Its sleek design and generous size make it perfect for relaxation, offering a spa-like experience within the comfort of your own home.
Bath Mixer
The Kyloe wall-mounted bath mixer in brushed brass is positioned elegantly to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the bath area. The brass finish adds a warm, sophisticated accent, complementing other brass fixtures in the bathroom.
Shower Area
The shower area features a 900mm wetroom panel in brushed brass, adding a touch of modern elegance to the space. The 1500 x 700 Flint grey gemstone shower tray provides a durable and stylish base, while the Kyloe Glide shower valve in brushed brass delivers both functionality and visual appeal.
Mirror
A generously sized 1200mm Aqualla Horizon LED mirror adds both functionality and ambiance to the bathroom, providing excellent lighting and a focal point above the vanity area.
Heating
The 1000 x 600 brushed brass radiator serves as a stylish heating solution, with matching brass valves enhancing its appeal. This radiator not only warms the space but also adds to the luxurious feel.

The ceiling has been freshly skimmed to achieve a smooth, modern finish, enhancing the clean lines and overall elegance of the space.
Ambient Lighting
An LED strip installed under the shower tray provides subtle lighting, adding depth and ambiance to the shower area for a calming experience.
Extras
Decorative tongue-and-groove effect wall paneling runs along 4.5 linear meters at 1100mm high, crafted in Trocoya material. This paneling brings warmth and texture to the room, complementing the brass accents and giving the space a contemporary yet timeless look.
