Wall Tiles
The walls are finished with Quest 120 x 60 tiles, creating a sleek and timeless aesthetic. Covering a total of 26 square meters, these tiles add a modern touch to the space.
Floor Tiles
The flooring complements the walls with Quest 120 x 60 tiles, providing a seamless and cohesive design. Covering 4.5 square meters, these tiles offer durability and style.
Shower Area
The shower features a 1000mm wetroom panel in chrome, offering an open and contemporary design. It pairs with a Flint Grey shower tray measuring 1600 x 800mm and includes a 300mm deep shower seat, providing both functionality and comfort.
The Quantum concealed dual riser shower valve ensures a sleek, minimalist look while delivering exceptional water flow. A Stuart Turner negative head pump is included to maintain consistent water pressure throughout the shower experience.
Basin
The vanity area features a Match 1000mm left-hand unit in gloss clay with chrome accents, offering ample storage and a polished appearance. Paired with the Kinetic mono basin mixer, this setup combines practicality and style.
Mirror
A 1000mm glazed mirror adds a touch of elegance and reflects light beautifully, enhancing the room’s sense of space.
W.C.
The Micro Evo back-to-wall pan is paired with a Vortex concealed cistern for a clean and streamlined appearance. This setup combines modern aesthetics with practical functionality.
Heating
A chrome multi-rail radiator measuring 1200 x 300mm, complete with valves, provides efficient heating while complementing the overall design.
Alcoves
One LED-lit alcove is installed, offering ambient lighting and highlighting key design features.
Ceiling
The ceiling is finished in gloss white PVC, reflecting light throughout the space and contributing to a bright, contemporary aesthetic.
Ceiling Lights
A pancake LED ceiling light provides focused and practical illumination for the room.
Accessories
Tonda accessories, including a paper holder, soap dish, and tumbler, complete the design with subtle yet functional touches.
