The shower area and WC wall are adorned with Utopia Kew Chalky White brick tiles, finished with silver grey grout. These tiles bring a clean and timeless aesthetic to the space.

The floor features Carrara Blanco Marble hexagon tiles, bordered with Carrara Mugla marble for a refined and luxurious finish. The combination of polished surfaces and intricate detailing enhances the room’s elegance.
Shower Area
A Flair Ili offset quadrant shower enclosure (1200 x 800 mm) in brushed brass creates a stylish and spacious showering experience.
A durable 1200 x 800 mm acrylic shower tray provides a sturdy base while maintaining a sleek, seamless look.
A Quantum concealed dual minimalist shower valve in brass offers precise water control, complementing the refined aesthetic.
The existing pump is reused for efficiency and sustainability.
Basin & Vanity
A custom 80 cm solid oak in-frame vanity unit with a veneer carcass and smooth drawer system provides ample storage. The unit features a plain white solid surface worktop with an 8-inch stone splashback, adding both function and sophistication.
An Anthem brass basin mono mixer adds a touch of elegance and blends seamlessly with the design.
W.C. Area
A Lansdowne close-coupled, fully shrouded WC with a brass flush button maintains a seamless and refined look.
Heating
A Hilltop Kolom 2-column radiator in white (600 x 785 mm) provides efficient warmth, complete with brass valves for a cohesive design.
Alcoves
Three functional alcoves enhance storage and design—one within the shower and a lower one for foot support.
Lighting
Wall lights supplied by the customer provide soft ambient illumination, enhancing the overall atmosphere.
Extras
A polished nickel shaver socket is integrated for added convenience while maintaining a sleek, modern touch.
